We made this

As we were eating dinner, we noticed that we had produced all of the components ourselves: the bread was a freshly baked spelt-kamut baguette, just out of the oven; the salad was straight from the garden; the butter and Mozzarella were the product of the cheese-making class we took last weekend. A simple meal, but it does give you a sense of satisfaction and appreciation, knowing where everything came from.
