A couple of years ago, we attended a seed swap at the Seattle Tilth. It was a lot of fun, we shared gardening war stories with other avid gardeners, and we came home with a bunch of useful and interesting seeds to plant.
The Tilth isn’t putting these on anymore, so this year we decided to have our very own neighborhood seed swap brunch. Our neighbors Mike and Nikole graciously hosted the event and it was a big success: good times with neighbors, delicious brunch, and a nice selection of seeds to get everybody inspired for the 2011 gardening season. Even the weather cooperated – it was one of the first nice spring days and we were all itching to get out into the garden to enjoy it.
